HIGHER DOSE SAUNA BLANKET REVIEW
My husband purchased the HigherDose Sauna Blanket at the beginning of quarantine. He loves the sauna experience and had been researching installing a 2 person sauna in our home. With the space, and electrical requirements I am sure it would have cost several thousand dollars. That simply wasn’t in our budget! That’s when he came across HigherDose and their far infrared sauna blanket.
Far infrared sauna benefits include:

But honestly, I am new to all of this. I was only interested in the potential weight loss benefits of the HigherDose Sauna Blanket. All the other potential benefits sounded great and all, but I am on a mission to lose weight. I was 5’11 and 262 lbs in January 2019 when I started a ketogenic diet. I was able to lose a significant amount of weight with diet alone.
I decided to put the possible weight loss benefits of the HigherDose Sauna Blanket to the test. My weight loss was stalled and I was extremely frustrated with my lack of progress. I decided to couple the HigherDose Sauna Blanket with a 5 day egg only fast, a 72 hour fast and Intermittent fasting over a month’s time to see if I could get the scale moving again.
I was able to lose almost 15 pounds in a month using the HigherDose Sauna Blanket coupled with diet after being stalled for months! Losing 15 pounds in a month at a “normal” BMI is incredible. I really do believe that both the diet (see my YouTube video for more info on that aspect) and the sauna blanket helped me achieve this. I would also like to add that it’s been a couple months and I have NOT gained the weight back!
The HigherDose Sauna Blanket is extremely well made. My husband and I have been each using it almost daily and it still looks new. It is easy to clean with a damp cloth. We use an organic vinegar based solution to wipe down the sauna blanket after we use it.
You can choose a setting from 1-9. I personally enjoy a setting of 6. The heat is not obvious, at first. With a traditional sauna I always felt like there was this immediate blast of heat that became unbearable quickly. With far infrared saunas the heat is way more tolerable and soothing. I love it!
